The City Park known as Fischer’s Lily Park shall be increased in size by adding Lots 21, 22, 23, and 24, Block 152, City of Fort Pierre, Stanley County, SD by action of condemnation or agreement pursuant to the condemnations laws of the State of South Dakota.

This district is designed to maintain public access to Lake Sharpe for fishing, boating, and other recreational activities, including public fairgrounds and its associated uses. Manure control requirements of stockyard district apply.
A. No residential use is permitted.
B. Use is limited to parks, recreation, commercial, public building, and marine facilities, to the end that the entire waterfront may be developed to a coordinated plan.
