Fischers Lilly Park
Fischers Lilly Park hosts 12 RV pads with electrical outlets, available on a first-come, first-serve basis with no stay limit.  There is also a dump station. The fee is currently $10/night.  Water and electric is available at each pad.  The park also has playground equipment and a picnic shelter with electrical outlets and bathrooms. A boat ramp can also be found on the park side of the Bad River and the boat ramp off Deadwood St. is accessible to the park by a newly built walking bridge over the Bad River.

Pool hours: Sunday thru Friday; 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Saturday; 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Swimming Lessons:

FIRST SESSION: JUNE 14th thru JUNE 25th 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. & 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
SECOND SESSION: JULY 5th thru JULY 16th 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. & 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
THIRD SESSION: JULY 19th thru JULY 30th 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. & 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Swimming lessons will be held Monday through Friday with a cost of $10.00 per session for children & youth (14 & under).
Daily Fees: Daily Fee Rates: $.50 per youth or $.75 per adult per session
Season Passes. $27.50 per Individual or $45 per Family.

? There is no smoking or pets allowed in the pool area or building. There is NO candy or drink allowed in the pool area. This applies to all ages.
? At break times, all swimmers must get out of the pool. No one will be allowed to swim except guards and manager (unless the manager gives approval for adults to swim during the break). Those that have paid for daily pass will be let back in at no charge after break time is over. Pool house worker has record of all swimmers during the day. Any kid enters the pool during the break will be kicked out for a week, if it happens a second time they are out for a month, the third time it happens they are out for the rest of the summer. Fill out an incident report with all the necessary information.
? No diapers allowed in the pool- kids must wear ?Little Swimmers? disposable swim pants. These can be purchased in the concession stand.
? No kids allowed in the baby pool without supervision by someone at least age 14 or turning 14 during the calendar year. If child is left without adult supervision the parent will be called and the child must leave. The adult must be in the baby pool area and truly be watching the child.
? If a lifeguard is pushed into the pool the kid will be expelled for a month, if it happens a second time they are out for the rest of the summer. Fill out an incident report with all the necessary information.
? If a kid is caught stealing, the parent will be called and the child will be out for a month. Fill out an incident report with all the necessary information.
? If a kid makes a mess in the bathrooms i.e. unrolled toilet paper, flooded showers, emptied soap containers, etc? The kid must clean up mess, parent will be called, and the kid will be kicked out for a week. And then, DOCUMENT IT! Fill out an incident report with all the necessary information.
? If kids fight (pool, pool house, parking lot, bathrooms) all that are involved will be kicked out for a week. Fill out an incident report with all the necessary information.
? If kids enter or exit the pool area through either outer gate they will be kicked out for a week. Fill out an incident report with all the necessary information.
? Nobody allowed on or in guard chair except lifeguards.
? There is no running, dunking, or horseplay allowed in the big pool. When this occurs consequences usually include sitting out for a period of time, kicked out for the day or longer, etc?
? There is no hanging on the diving board or the slide period! Consequences as above.
? No running on the diving board or deck.
? No food or drink allowed in pool area.
? No diving in marked areas.
? Unauthorized use of the pool is prohibited.
? Baby pool is for the use of children 6 and under. Children 6 and over will not be allowed in this area.
? There is no lifeguard on duty in the baby pool.
? Pool will not be open if: - The air temperature is not at least 70 degrees - There is lightening or thunder or if a severe weather warning is issued over the weather radio - Quality of water of facility presents a health or safety hazard. The manager will make the determination for pool closings and hours to resume operation.

Library
Fort Pierre provides an annual subsidy which allows residents of Fort Pierre to enjoy the Rawlins Library for free.  Fort Pierre residents must go to the Rawlins library and register for your FREE library card for you or your family.
