NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council, in and for the City of Fort Pierre, South Dakota, on Monday, October 21, 2019, at 6:35 p.m., central time, at the Stanley County Courthouse will conduct a public hearing to consider the following ordinance modification:

ORDINANCE NO. 1036

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 809, CHAPTER Q-6, BY AMENDING SECTION Q-6-106 CONDITIONAL USES FOR GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, Q-6-206 CONDITIONAL USES FOR HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND SECTION Q-6-203 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.

 

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council, in and for the City of Fort Pierre, South Dakota:

Section 1.              That Ordinance No. 809 Chapter Q-6 Section Q-6-106 (Conditional Use for General Commercial) be amended by deleting the following:

            Mini storage facility with four thousand (4,000) square feet or less per zoning lot

 

Section 2.              That Ordinance No. 809 Chapter Q-6 Section Q-6-203 (Principal Permitted Use for Highway Commercial) be amended by deleting the following:

            Mini storage facility of four thousand (4,000) square feet or less per zoning lot

               

 

Section 3.              That Ordinance No. 809 Chapter Q-6 Section Q-6-206 (Conditional Use for Highway Commercial) be amended by deleting the following:

                                Mini storage facility of greater than four thousand (4,000) square feet per zoning lot

 

Section 4.              That Ordinance No. 809 Chapter Q-6 Section Q-6-206 (Conditional Use for Highway Commercial) be amended by inserting the following:

            Mini storage facility
