Z-1 HUSTAN DEVELOPMENT

Z-1-1 PURPOSE

The purpose of this chapter shall be to provide for the development of property now jointly owned by the City of Fort Pierre and the City of Pierre, known as the HUSTAN property.

Z-1-2 AUTHORIZATION

The Mayor and Finance Officer, acting on behalf of the City, are hereby authorized, after appropriate resolutions, to enter into agreements for the development of the HUSTAN property, including but not limited to joint powers agreements.
