B-1-1 PURPOSE

The purpose of this chapter is to describe the governing body of the City of Fort Pierre, and also to set forth the rules of procedure such body will follow.

B-1-2 TYPE OF GOVERNMENT

Government of the City of Fort Pierre shall be of the Mayor-Council or aldermanic form, as described in SDCL ch. 9-8.
